Kellogg's Special K Cold Breakfast Cereal, Zero, Keto Friendly, Cinnamon (3 Boxes)

I eat this every morning with fresh blueberries. Stays crisp in milk. Great cinnamon flavor. Love that it's zero sugar.

I rarely write reviews, but I consider this one to be a requirement to be a human being.I ordered this, got it, poured up a bowl with the allotted serving size and some whole milk (I know, but it's all I had).The first warning sign was that the 'food' does not break down in your mouth. It's strange and I was unable to simply eat the cereal by swallowing. I had to have a glass of water handy. I also noticed a faint chemical taste when the cereal hit the back of my tongue on the way down, something the front of my tongue could not detect. It was brief and mild, so I forged on.About halfway through the bowl of cinnamon dust, I got distracted. About ten minutes later, I started VIOLENTLY throwing up everything in my stomach and then some. There is something deeply wrong with this cereal, and I might actually have it tested, even though mine did not look like it had been tampered. It makes me concerned there might be some kind of contamination involved in a batch.Do not buy this.

I eat a serving dry when watching movies or needing a quick snack. Tastes a lot better than most keto cereal out there! Be sure to have a huge glass of water to wash it down. lol I do like this cereal and highly recommend it.

Great taste, but gets soggy too quickly

Cereal is probably OK. Came packaged in a bag so all three boxes were damaged. Need to ship in a box.

Love this keto Special K and so thankful they created it. I only use allulose as a sweetener and it is difficult to find foods that just use allulose. I don't want sugar alcohols or atificial sweeteners since these are unhealthy options. Monk fruit and similar sweeteners cause digestive distress for me. Rare to find a product that doesn't use a blend of all these types of sweeteners together.I snack on this cereal more often dry than with milk but I enjoy it both ways. Please keep in mind, as others have said, sometimes Keto cereals are different in milk than non-keto ones so don't expect it to be an exact replacement for non-keto cereals.It's yummy, especially if you enjoy cinnamon like I do!

I decided to try this as my wife and I are on a low-carb lifestyle. Neither of us are big cereal eaters (we usually only eat one meal a day), but we thought it may be a nice treat ocassionally.As with many low-carb products, the manufacturer cannot use wheat flour, so most substitute with wheat or oat fiber flours, protein powders, etc. Since they cannot use sugar, they rely on sugar substitutes which in many cases the substitutes either have an "aftertaste" or the "cooling effect" that you see sometimes with Stevia.The flavor was okay - nothing to write home about. It DID stay crispy in milk until the bowl was finished. However, considering the price and the fact that we are really not into breakfast cereals, we felt it was NOT worth the considerably high price (compared to traditional cereals).I WOULD say that if you are avoiding sugar and flour, AND you must have cereal, this may be a good choice. But be aware that it is never going to taste quite like the sugar and flour laden cereals that you may have grown up on.
