Empire Elephant Printed Animal Print Quilt/Duvet Cover Set Wine, Fully Reversible (King)

So much to like about this quilt but with a major drawback.On the positive side, fantastic design, feels like good quality fabric and very well put together.HOWEVER the colour bleed, even at low temperatures is awful even after several washes. What starts out as a contrast of colours starts to get muddied as one colour bleeds into another. Such a shame for an otherwise brilliant quilt set.

I am obsessed with elephants so when I saw this I had to buy it. I have two in black and white and one in red. I love the red one more. It just looks so vibrant and I haven't had any issues with the smell or staining. If you order this and you have any issues with regards to smell or staining just wash them before using. Honestly I have been using this for nearly two years now and it still looks stunning.

I ordered the correct size for my bed and it turns out it's like 10cm bigger. Not a big problem, but a bit disappointing. The bigger one came this morning when I took them off to find out they've lost their colour to the bed frame, which is white and brand new. It's came out a bit with bleach but it's still redish.

I bought this a few months after buying one in navy blue, because I love the design and it's a good quality product at a surprisingly low price. The label says it's 52% polyester, 48% cotton. The burgundy/wine colour is as shown in the picture (not red as one unfortunate buyer reported). I've washed it once and the material is still a bit stiff but I'm sure it will soften with more washes. Would have preferred press stud fastening rather than buttons which challenge arthritic fingers.

Good quality fabric, beautiful design. Husband asked why he now has to sleep under a herd of pachidermes. iT shouuld also be noted that I hate ironing, having been brought up to iron lined sheets. They come out of the washing machine then either peg outside or fold into four and on a radiator to dry. They have very little creasing, so its a win win for me

This is the second set I’ve bought. Looks fabulous on my spare bed. The fabric is not as soft as my 100% cotton bedding but this dries quickly and doesn’t need ironing.

Brought for a gift and person I bought it for was very pleased with it.

Bought this set as a spare for my bedroom. The quality is good, colours bright and it washes well. Highly recommended.
