The purchase and delivery time from Thos Sabo were fantastic. Unfortunately delivery from Amazon Prime driver was very poor.....no email advising as to how many deliveries were before, no knock on door, just put through the letterbox. Pity.....first time poor delivery from Amazon itself

So, this is a pretty bracelet and I bought it while it was on offer at a good price. However, in the 9 months since buying it, it has broken on countless occasions. As you can see on the photo, one of the links works it’s way open. I’ve nipped it up with a delicate pair of jewellery pliers but it keeps coming open. I’d bought it to use with a medical ID charm as medical jewellery isn’t always the prettiest. Sadly, it broke and the ID charm was lost as it fell to the floor. I would consider purchasing it again in the hopes that I’ve been unfortunate and got a one-off faulty bracelet but it would only be if it was on a really good offer. I certainly wouldn’t pay the full price for it.

This is my second one as Christmas morning suddenly the clasp just broke on my original one - really not good enough as it should last more than half a year! I was however sent, (quite rightly!) a replacement and I do love the bracelet, it's unusual and pretty.My feeling is that it's not really that strong and is a little not up to holding beads - I bought myself a cheapo stainless steel bracelet for the beads and am just wearing this one on its own without any beads..

Lovely piece but a bit fiddly to close

Arrived quickly, well packed with branded packaging for gifting. The bracelet is really lovely and easy to put the beads onto. The fastening is a sphere and good and solid with pretty decoration - a bit fiddly to fasten yourself, but 'doable' and it has a reassuring snap to indicate it's properly closed. I bought a safety chain, just for peace of mind, but I don't think it's really necessary. Very pleased with this purchase.

This was meant as a gift, why happy with the bracelet it would have been nice to have had a choice of a box or something that presented its self a little better than a black pouch and plastic bag for the money, so I still had to buy something to present it, otherwise happy with bracelet.

The size fits great. It’s a lovely bracelet and I love the finish on the ball of a star.The only shake was that it didn’t come in a box. The bracelet came in a Thomas Sabo pouch - not the same as opening a box when you are giving it as a present. But if that doesn’t matter then I recommend this purchase.

Pretty bracelet that exceeds my expectations for the price, I got the 20cm version which was plenty as it leaves plenty of room for the beads I plan to purchase (get bigger to allow room for lots of beads!) I purchased from Martin Wilkinson Jewellers via Amazon (in other sellers list!) and the item arrived quicker than expected, was genuine stamped silver and TS logo + a box and receipt was included so perfect if you are giving it as a gift.
