Excellent resource for easy to follow, fairly short, and immensely useful scripts for use in a hypnotherapy setting. The book covers a fairly wide range of applications (anywhere from anxiety, depression, insomnia, ulcers, IBS, etc.) while remaining short enough to be able to carry anywhere.It isn't exhaustive or comprehensive, and at a certain point it's almost certain that the practitioner will want to supplement this with other resources, but it's great for beginners, or to get some quick ideas about how to formulate a suggestion for specific conditions. The "holy grail" of books like these is still the Handbook of Hypnotic Suggestions and Metaphors, which is frankly scary in its exhaustiveness. Compared to a book like that, this feels fairly basic and short, but it certainly has a place in everyone's library. It also includes quite a few inductions as well, so it's a great all-purpose little book.I've rated it four stars because I have found quite a few spelling errors throughout the book, more than should be expected if this had been reviewed by a professional editor. Sometimes these mistakes would make the sentence confusing and force me to stop for a second to see what the intended word was supposed to be, which may interfere with the flow of your reading. Nothing major, but these things were frequent enough that they should have been caught by someone prior to publishing.That said, I can highly recommend this book.

Explanation in this book is clear with steps provided. The scripts are easy to follow. Recommended for newbies in hypnosis work.
