How and where do you download the drivers for this cable?

The driver is Plug & Play and is loaded based on a compatible ID match similar to other USB device class drivers included in Windows. USB\Class_02 USB\Class_02 & SubClass_02. You shouldn't have to install manually. However, if for some reason the driver doesn't install when you plug the USB interface into the port, there are many driver websites that should be able to accommodate your needs. Maybe a similar driver is already installed. Have you checked the Device Manager 'Ports (COM & LPT)' to see whether the 'USB-SERIAL CH340' is present? If not, right click and scan for hardware changes.

Only problem is that the drivers are on the cd, and i dont have a cd drive... Do you have a link so i can download the drivers?

Get rid of this cable, it is bad! I used it to configure a cisco switch and the cable was the problem. It messed up with the BAUD so you can get a much better cable in Amazon connecting RJ 45 directly to a USB and even cheaper!
