Amazon Collection Sterling Silver Crystal Halo Pendant Necklace,18"

This is a beautiful pendant necklace. It came packaged in plain black box. Upon further inspection, I did notice that the chain near the clasp had a small knot which was fairly easy to detangle. When measured, the total length of the chain was 18" as the product description claims. I found the pendant itself to measure roughly 38", which was smaller than I was expecting. The pendant was free from blemishes, scratches, etc. I think this is a beautiful pendant that is just simple enough for everyday use.

The necklace and earings came in a cheap ziplock small plastic bag, no Swarovski gift box. When I ordered this, I was expecting a nice gift box from Swarovski. The advertisement stated that it comes in a gift box. This was a lie. Furthermore, the quality of these items did not seem the same as authentic Swarovski, probably because this was made for Amazon specifically. Disappointed.

Necklace arrived very knotted and took over an hour to get all of them out. It is really difficult to clasp as the quality of the hook and clasp reminds me of something you’d get out of a gum ball machine. The pendant is very pretty. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be.

The description says Swarovski but look at the box in which it has arrived, it looks cheap, and when you look on the back it has a gap like it wasn’t properly aligned when our together. Honestly I thought I was buying Swarovski but this is clearly not it. I’m disappointed.

Great quality but the chain came Knotted up In a tight bunch when it arrived. I was able to undo it but should be taped down or something to Make sure that doesn't happen to others. Mine could've been a lot worse but luckily I undid it it

My wife wanted a dainty (smallish) pink pendant and this is it. Nice quality, nice price, and a nice gift. We (she) is totally happy with it.

Really disappointed! Necklace was supposed to be a gift. Center stone has absolutely no sparkle to it, necklace looks very cheap.

I bought this as a gift for my Niece. She loved it. Absolutely beautiful.
