Fodor's Essential England (Full-color Travel Guide)

This is the real deal. This guy book tells you what you’re looking for as a tourist coming from the United States, and is packed with helpful hints and excellent maps. Indispensable.

We took it with us and used it every day. It offers a lot of information and things to do and places to see- and we did many of them. Maybe it could expand on using the mass transit and Tube/Train stations, but it is a great way to get familiar with London and England.

We purchased three books on England travel, including this one. This book was far and away the best. Beautiful color pictures on most pages, well organized, and highlighted destinations are well-marked. Highly recommend!

Good book that seems to cover all regions of England. A good section on London and its various areas.

This book has absolutely everything to let you know where you want to go and how to get there. It also has gorgeous pictures of different regions , buildings ,castles etc. if you have any desire to visit England , you need this book.
