Taste is key

I’m sure there’s a lot of people who like this sausage. I’ve eaten it most of my life. But unfortunately, this brand did not taste very good. I was not happy. Sorry.

Excellent Winter Snack

I call it a Winter snack because it takes a week or more for delivery. Not something I would recommend in the Summer heat. I typically put the kabanosy in the oven at 175 degrees F for at least an hour before vacuum sealing and freezing the majority of them.

Smokey, Very Good!

The only thing that discouraged me was they were "fatty" did not appreciate that. Too much fat in the sticks. But the flavor combination was very good. I did microwave them to counter the fattiness and that did help.

ok. but not great

These are about 1/2 inch in diameter. They are a little smokey in taste. They taste ok, but I didn't care for the texture. Not sure how much fat content there is compared with meat, but it is at least 40% I would guess.
