Just about the freshest and best book on walking I've come across. Love this!
I've been a fan of walking for years. But admittedly have dropped off and feel so much more lethargic and seem to be practically sedentary! This book has given me the jumpstart to get going again! Complete with an upfront detailing the benefits of walking all the way through charts showing weight loss via specific routes and work sheets to hold oneself accountable.
