General Finish Stain Danish Teak
This was exactly what I was looking for. Bought just quart but will need much more for hardwood floors. I loved the not to dark finish but just enough to pull the grain well. Have always loved their products.

Easy to use wipe on stain
Great quality, easy to use, wipe on, wipe off stain. Did two coats for an even mocha tone, pleased with the result.

Expensive but a quality product
This product is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. There's nothing worse than buying a cheap product and it not working. Very satisfied, would definitely buy it again

My Favorite Stain but $52, really?
I use General Finishes almost exclusively but $52 a quart for stain is getting extreme. A little searching and I was able to find it for $39.99. Bought two and got free shipping. A price jump of $12 is out of line.

Great Color!
I would not call this stain sheer... It actually acts like a stain unlike the competition that add just a little color and don't do the job when trying to match heritage cherry. Had to repair woodwork in a house requiring a much darker cherry color that the other stains would give. Follow the instructions closely, allow it to dry, and then you can finish. I used a poly urethane to finish and it all matched perfectly the original.

First time using this product and was very pleased
Used my "shelter in place time" to finally get some decent desktop space built and chose General Finishes to stain and seal it based off from my internet research. I am not an accomplished wood worker or finisher by any stretch. I've applied stain and finish numerous times in the past with varying degrees of success. Working with this stuff was just great. I used a wood conditioner on my pine 2x8 construction project and the Spicy Walnut stain went on perfectly. The wife looks at my vast battleship of a desk with envy now and she's the one with the nice Amish Oak desk so I think I did well with the help of this product.I also liked how well the cans were packaged for shipment, with the clips on the lids to help prevent them from popping off and leaking everywhere.Note, since I bought the stain and the sealer at the same time I'll be cut-and-pasting these comments to the other review as the experience was the same.
