Just a sheet of felt.
This is just a sheet of felt fabric. You can get this at hobby lobby for a fraction of the price.

Fabric doesn't stick to this design wall so a big fail for me
I really like The Gypsy Quilter company so it pains me to give something from them a poor review, but this design wall is pretty much useless. Single smaller quilt blocks may stick to this okay, but once you start sewing a couple blocks or rows together, they simply peel away and fall to the ground. Before this I had the Fons and Porter design wall and it worked great. I don't really see it available anywhere anymore (except third party for five times the price). So this was the next choice from a reputable company. They really need to rethink the fabric choice for this because it simply doesn't work as a design wall. I also like the Fons & Porter one because it had a grid design on the back that showed through so you could line up when placing your quilt blocks. I could live without that feature if fabric readily stuck to this one. I think I'm just going to purchase a fleece-backed tablecloth and see if that works better. It'll certainly be less expensive. Sorry Gypsy Quilter, but you need to rethink your game on this product.

It’s big.
This wall hanging is nice and big for projects however you have to pen your stuff on it. It don’t just stay in it.

No cling for the buck
Really. Don’t waste your money on this. Use a piece of batting for your design wall. The cling is super weak. Not enough loft. Even my 4.5 inch blocks kept falling off of it.

Disappointing
Like all my other design walls, I expected this to have reinforced holes for hanging, it did not. I temporarily taped it to my wall to try to use it, fabric would not stay, defeating the purpose of having a design wall. Other design walls hold the fabric.

Doesn't work
This design wall does not hold blocks, I have to pin them on. And, it is too small to lay out most quilts. An inexpensive vinyl backed table cloth does a better job. Don't waste your money.
