Great product and price

I had tried chromium picolinate in the past when I was hypoglycemic. However, now that I am dealing with a chronic disease and hypoglycemia is rampant, I started these again and they do work, I think i was just not bad enough for me to notice before.

I’m not entirely sure if this product is working. I started intermittent fasting along with this supplement. I don’t experience any type of extreme hunger or crash BUT I also don’t eat crap food. I’ll finish the bottle and see if I notice a difference when I stop.

This mineral Controls my sugar level so that I do not get shaky when I forget to eat on time or when I spend a day not eating the healthy foods I should eat.

It’s just ok n does what it supposed to do. Easy to swallow. No side effect or digestive issues. I feel better to have it before or with sugar n carbs.
