An Excellent Fiber Supplement, Good Taste
As an older guy who needs to keep things smooth and running internally, Metamucil is my 'go to' fiber supplement. And while not cheap these large containers are as cost-effective as possible. The small amount of "real sugar" (as is noted) helps the medicine go down. The pair of containers lasts a long time, and I often find Amazon's price is better than a grocery store cost and far better than most phaarmacy prices. The taste is neutral-to-pleasant (I use it in filtered water). I highly receommend.

Great texture, good taste
slightly harder to dissolve than now Brand Husk. Mild orange flavor though it taste like sweet synthetic orange drink if less water is used.
