It works really well. I use it after I eat and at least 2 times a day I use it. After already 2 days my teeth is noticeably whiter and cleaner. It really does get you at least one shade whiter in one brushing. Good stuff. I have to switch to Sensodyne soft whitening bc I want to protect my enamel. Read that the charcoal can be to abrasive and strip away enamel.
