Cushion, Comfortable and pain relief
I am on my feet 5 to 7 hours a day and by the end of my shift, my toes and back are hurting. I have neuropathy in my feet. I needed a pair of really good insoles. these heavy duty insoles are perfect. I have good shoes. They are Brooks and they fit in just perfect. I didn’t have to do any trimming.Hardness:Size:6.5Comfort:Perfect fit

Spenco is the only brand insole I use for my work boots
Title says it all. I’ve tried numerous brands of insoles and all of them left me feeling sore either from bad materials or not wearing insoles at all because they don’t fit. I didn’t have to trim these for my 11.5 thorogoods

Great support
I buy this brand for my athletic shoes. I take out the original insert and put these in. Like walking on air. So cushioned and great arch support.

Comfy but annoying soft material
Comfy but front pad at the ball of the foot is super soft which makes it super hard to insert into shoes as it wrinkles up. This makes it a big pain to get into the shoe nicely after I air it out post run.
