New Remote Control Replacement Compatible with All RCA Smart TV

I used the tv model number & looked it up. Works like it should.

Said remote was universal. However was unable to get it to work on mine .

My sleeper timer went out on original remote, ordered this immediately worked, also inexpensive.

During a move I dropped my factory remote and the power on/off button no longer worked. Since we don't use this TV very often I've delayed getting a replacement remote and have just got my lazy rear out of my comfy recliner to turn the TV on and off manually.Now that I have this remote, I can be extra lazy. It works great. All the controls work fine and all the buttons do what they are supposed to do. And the price is pretty good.

Doesn't work with RT-3205-C

I got this remote for my RCA TV Model #: RTU5540-B and it worked right away without any configuration. I was a bit worried when I opened the delivery box and inside was just the remote in a small bubble wrap type package, with no actual product box with a picture on it and company information etc.--It didn't even come with any paperwork or instructions...But I put two batteries into it and pointed it at my TV and hit Power and it worked.I was going to order a replacement for my original remote and it was going to be $49.95, so this cheap one will do the trick. The cable remotes these days always seem to be 'universal' remotes and can turn the TV on and off themselves, but I still like to have one that works the TV for times when the cable might be out and I want to watch a DVD, and this one will do the job.
