felt great in bath
I have a lot of inflammation in my body and I work in a factory where we are using our joints all the time. I have been at this factory for 24 years and it has taken a toll on my body. This brand of Magnesium flakes is very good and felt awesome when I soaked in the tub. I highly recommend it.

I bought these to make my own bath salts/soaks….. I noticed that some of the magnesium flakes floated at the top of the water and did not fully dissolve. I’m not sure that’s how it’s supposed to work.

Make your own!!
I know magnesium spray is the hot thing! There is no reason to spend $40 on a bottle. All it takes is warm water and these flakes! I also added a little castor oil and essential oils in mind. Go crazy! It costs so little to make!
