2 Pack 24" / 26"x 2.125" Bike Tire Folding Mountain Bike Replacement Bicycle Tire

These 2.125 width tires replaced 1.95 width tires on my mountain bike. And they fit!!!! At first I almost gave up & was gonna return them. But I asked the bicycle assembler at Walmart if the wider tire would fit on my rims. He said definitely yes. So I tried again & success!!! You need shoe laces or zip ties to secure the tire to the rim while squeezing it onto the rim. After installation, I road tested the tires and they are perfect. I'm surprised that the quality and the tread are so good from an unknown brand on Amazon for $20 each. They look & feel a lot more expensive. Btw I mostly ride on concrete but I like thicker tread to avoid thorns getting to my tube. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but it works for me. I'm not trying to win any races.

I did a overhaul on a 20+ year old mountain bike, including new shifters, shifter cables, and these tires and tubes. On my test ride, within the first 100 feet, I had an unfortunate incident with the new shifters, and the derailleur, which was adjusted to the old shifter, slung the chain off the cassette and in between the cassette (gears) and the spokes, locking up the rear wheel. The back tire slid on the asphalt for about 2 feet. Within that 2 feet, the rubber didn't just "wear" away, it was chunked up. On about 2 or 3 of the knobs, the whole knob, all the way down to the base surface of the tire, was damaged. If this is how tires were made back in the 80's, my tires wouldn't have lasted more than a week. For that reason, I can't give them 5 stars. Not sure how they'll hold up to "normal" riding.

Old tires were cracked and new tires work great!More aggressive treads than other tires.Went to local Mtn bike park. Seem to have really good grip.Watch the install video. Helped out putting tires and tubes on rim SO much easier.Pic old on left, new on right 🤙

Excellent tires I purchased good quality replace old street tires for off-road tires and for the road more heavy duty to ride better on my e-bike appreciate shopping on Amazon thank you

These are perfect traction tires in the snow. Installed these on my wheelchair and love them.

Treat depth is shallow and compound is cut easier than expected but other than that tires are ok for the price, now I have installed the tires and one is defective sidewall has a hole and blew my tube
