Rubie's Men's Universal Studios Creature from The Black Lagoon Feet

They look great, it's for a film called Conjure and the creature comes out a lake. It's a quick shot of the creatures feet, but it worked

These look pretty cool but you've read this before...they're big. I think the originals must have been created for Andre the Giant. So they will take some customization on your part if your going to wear them. The rubber's not very thick either; they're kind of floppy and the only thing holding them on is two elastic bands across the bottom. Not stable at all. I wear a men's size 10 shoe. My idea is to find a pair of size 12 boots at a thrift store and then literally rubber cement these to the boot to make them work as a costume. If your just going to plant them on a mannequin for a Halloween display you won't have to hassle as much. Enjoy!

Product looks like a shoe in the picture. It is not... it is a covering that is huge and elastic bands break after 5 minutes of use. One can't even walk with them on. This is a prime product but prime doesn't handle returns and they only gave me a penny back on the refund (huh?) and I just put a claim in with a to z at Amazon. Do not buy.

I don't know if Rubie's thinks their average customer/"Creature From The Black Lagoon" fan is actually Bigfoot in disguise. I can only imagine they do, because the size of these shoe covers, no pun intended, are monstrous and HU-MUN-GOUS! They are both large in length and width. I could fit both of my feet into one of these covers and it would still be too big. There's also no structure to these. While the toes are molded and have some definition to them, the shoe cover itself is pretty floppy. These are going to be unsafe to wear as they come out of the package. In order to wear them safely, you may want to consider cutting a portion out of the back and then taping the new seam back together on the inside. Be prepared to trip.

The art work on the product is great, but the image makes them appear like there are ready to wear when in fact they are like putting on a boot cover. For 25 bucks i would expect it to be a full slip on.

The size of footwear that I usually wear is size 10. With my shoes or boots, this item fits great. I plan to use this item personally, along with the creature hands and fine quality creature mask (pictured below) or I might decide to place these items on a make-shift full size creature I plan to make and use at a local yearly elementary school Halloween program (Haunted House). The students at this school are poor, cannot afford to go to a regular fancy Haunted House at some shopping center so my son, a PE coach and teacher at this school, and I for the past nine years have put together a yearly Haunted House and monsters, at the school. Some students actually participate and all the kids and parents get a kick of the on-stage and behind the curtain event. Its a lot of work and the only adults participating in the Haunted House are usually my son, my wife, and I. The material of this item feels great and is of fine quality. Customers should carefully and patiently put this item on because rough treatment could damaged the material. This item met and exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the item, the price was great, and I recommend the item.

I disliked the quality and the fact they were misrepresented when I bought them from what actually arrived. Lame, I would not buy again.
