Delicious dried anchovies, reasonably priced
Excellent crunch quality, taste and smell. Perfect for fried rice, sambal or just on its own after being fried up.

Soaked in water for 5 minutes, rinsed, dried and fried. Delicious.

Good ikan bilis
Great find and excited to use for nasi lemak. It's a kick in the teeth paying this as it's so cheap in Malaysia but worth it for the taste. I've found some great red skin peanuts and sambal too!
