Only one hiccup, but otherwise stellar.
These models are very well made. They are extremely quiet (compared to my oldish collection), very well detailed, and have plenty of power. The attention to detail is pretty impressive, especially with the lighting not only on the front of the loco, but the railing as well. As imagined, the newer LED light technology lets them run perfectly bright enough at slower, more desirable speeds.The only reason that I knocked off a star is because one of the two that I ordered derailed consistently. I could not see anything visibly wrong with it (and I am mechanically inclined), so I contacted the seller with no reply. The good news is Amazon - I ordered another one and returned the bad one. All is good in the world now. As you can see from the photo, I do temp setups for friends and family. That in itself leads to some derailments, but that boy had an issue. Nothing more, just a bad egg.I recommend this product.

Works extremely well and looks incredible as well. Lots of power for going up steep grades as well.
