I do not understand how this very flat pillow seems to be the perfect size for using between my legs while sleeping on my side to keep my hips and legs in alignment. All I know it works so well. It even works well under my legs while lying on my back. My acupuncturist offered a this type of pillow to me while I was laying on my side and it worked so well I had to buy one. Most leg pillows I've seen are much thicker, and they were not comfortable for me at all.

I like a flat pillow and really am enjoying having this one. I bought it after a surgery and being flat, it is easy to put it around the body, like under an arm, and have it for comfort. Now I use it also to brace my neck when reading in bed and as an extra pillow behind my back. So easy for "different" uses. SUSAN

My husband hates a lofty pillow because it hurts his neck. He also perspires a lot and I was constantly having to wash his pillow. With this one, I just wipe it down to clean it. Very easy!

I put this under my mom's feet at night to prevent any breaks in the skin. It is just high enough for prevention and not as uncomfortable as a pillow. I've had it a few months and it works very well.

My puppy loves to lay on pillows so I got this for his crate. It does the job in a pedestrian way, it provides a small bit of cushion. But as other reviews have said it is VERY thin. If thin works for you, so will this pillow.

This pillow is perfect, bought two of them. Very easy to wipe down.
