Madam UniqWomen 1920s Plus Size Formal Dress Tassels Sleeve Sequins Gatsby Maxi Evening Gown

Arrived 2 weeks early & it’s stunning!!! I don’t have words to explain how beautiful it is. Dress is red with GOLD accents not silver. Lighting distorts the color. Fits like a glove. Is stretchable & extremely comfortable. Quality workmanship & materials. I will have to hem it shorter, because I’m only 5’2”, but that’s minor for me.

This dress was such a hit! So many compliments from everyone at my event and I was really happy with how this fit me. Even as I was leaving my event, I was stopped by someone in the parking lot, who was not part of my event, to tell me how gorgeous the dress was!The material is stretchy enough that I didn't even have to use the zipper in the back to put it on ( I ordered an XL) I just slipped it on over my head and it was a perfecr fit! Other reviews say it's really, really long, but I'm 5'3 and I wore 4 inch heels with this dress, and yes while it does reach the ground a bit, it wasn't like dragging on the ground behind me. The dress material isn't super thick to make you overheat which I really liked and it was really comfortable for me to wear all night. I didn't feel like I had to rip the dress off as soon as I got home!! I did use shape wear with this dress but it isn't super necessary since the dress does give a bit of stretch when wearing it.ONE OF THE ONLY ISSUES and I saw a few other people mention this, is that if you are a thicker armed girl like myself, the arm holes do fit kind of tight. I only had it on for like 10 min and I was already feeling the scratchiness under my arms that others described. This is from the sequins in that area so that is something to take note of. It wasn't to the point where it's unbearably painful but enough to leave some stinging and soreness in that area at the end of the night. The next day I was completely fine though.Also since it is tighter in that area, don't count on raising your arms up all the way or you may cause damage to the dress.Another thing and this is my fault overall, I wore some very long dangly/sparkly earrings which would then snag on the dress a couple of times so be aware of that. So that's something to keep in mind when adding accessories!Overall, I highly recommend this dress to anyone who wants to really turn heads with whatever event you attend in it. You will not regret it!

This dress is not it! I wore this as my bridesmaid’s dress, so all the other bridesmaids wore the same one. Granted, we all are kinda bigger girls, and this dress is only for skinny girls!!! The dress ripped in little spaces around the waist FOR ALL OF US!!! All our dresses had small holes because of how tight it was, and we got a size above, so you need a much bigger size than your actual size. AND THE WORST PART WAS THE SLEEVES!!! They completely shredded our underarms, and we were left with rashes and blisters after a few hours of dancing. The fabric was itchy, the sequence was shared, and one girl’s dress completely busted in half, and she had to get a new, completely different dress. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Beware, do not buy this if you are on the heavier side.

however this dress was drenched in glitter, it just fell off every second. i had to throw it away, it was a week later i still found glitter around

It fit well, but was wayyy to long! The lining was a bit scratchy, the material was nice, but a little too shiny and a bit cheap looking in my opinion. For the price I would say its an okay value, but I think its a bit overpriced for what it is. I ended up returning right after I tried it on. I would say keep looking unless you are tall and lean.

I'm curvy and short (175 pounds 5'2 tall) but there isn't a single part of this dress that doesn't fit like a dream. Even with my height, it's still about ankle length so nothing that would need hemming or an overly tall pair of heels to accommodate. I probably could have gotten away with a medium but didn't want it to be too tight. I ordered a Large and it fits so beautifully with a nice pair of Spanx underneath. I thought the beaded accents would look tacky but they are actually really cute and are heavier so they don't just bounce around. If you need a quick (2day delivery) evening dress for a decent price, if you're a curvy girl wanting to accentuate instead of hide, I 10/10 recommend this dress. Oh, I got the emerald green one and it's SOOOO sparkly. Sequins are usually scratchy but these are soft and the whole dress is just really comfortable. Would buy over and over again!!
