Lenox Federal Platinum 3-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware Serving Set

Imagine my surprise when I see that this is supposed to be a serving set. I wanted a butter knife for each of my guests and just assumed these were some kind of awesome fork and spoon set... for giants. So under the assumption of requiring proper use of these items, I proceeded to fire up the smoker so as to commission them the Texas way. These forks and spoons would require large stacks of whatever was served so I had to think large and then go bigger, because Texas. A brisket seemed so small when compared to the set (it is for giants after all) so I made the decision to smoke the whole cow! Whole hickory trees were sacrificed to this endeavor. The party's consumption of pickles reduced the city's cucumber salads to simply salads in the aftermath. The giant's fork and spoon had their chance to shine, they shimmered in the sunlight of a Texas afternoon. The reflection blinded all those in the county who were driving on the highway, my bad guys, my bad, you want some bar-b-que while waiting for the ambulance? Meat was devoured, sides were served, a tanker of sauce was emptied, and food comas were had. The festival was a success, all because I wanted butter knives.

I recently bought the flatware set, and wanted the serving pieces for it. Went on a quest. Couldn't find them anywhere, except at some sites specializing in replacement pieces for china, etc., and at ridiculous prices. So I waited. Then, magically, they appeared on Amazon a bit later on, and I pounced.There is not much else to say. If you have the Lenox Federal Platinum flatware, you'll be very happy with these. In fact, they would make a nice standalone gift or serving set for yourself, even if you don't own the line.Very nice.
