Kurt Adler H1737 6-Foot Plastic Glittered Life Saver, Ball, and Candy Garland for Christmas

Been wanting these for a few years but could not afford them... but last Christmas 2023 they were on sale for a price that allowed me to buy 3. They add a nice touch to our tree and are going to be heirlooms for us.

I loved this on my tree as a child and I love it now. My children where less impressed when they realized it wasn't real candy but still enjoyed it.

The glitter gets everywhere. The candy pieces are extremely light and feel like they could easily break. But still--I absolutely love this garland. It looks very realistic and added a lot of fun to our Christmas decor. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere.(Note that 9 feet of garland doesn't go very far. If you're putting it on a tree, I think the recommendation is one 9-ft-strand per foot of tree. I put four strands on a 5 ft tree and the effect was pretty subtle.)

These things look like real candy. They don't have any flavor tho, don't ask me how I know.They're kind of short, you're going to want at least 2 for a Christmas tree, but probably you'd prefer at least 4.

My parents had one like this in the 80s that I loved. This replica didn’t disappoint! So cute.

The colors in the picture are much brighter than in person. I thought I was getting softer, frosted looking colors, but it arrived very bright and vibrant. Not the right colors for what I wanted so I returned it. Other than that, it was very nice garland.

I was worried about this purchase, due to the mixed reviews, but I’m happy with the purchase! They look exactly like candy, and are covered in sparkles. I bought 2, so it was a pricey purchase, but that’s on me for choosing to spend that much.

Die Girlanden sehen für sich alleine nicht sehr hochwertig aus, aber um sie irgendwo einzuarbeiten sind sie optimal. Ich verstehe leider den Preisanstieg nicht, ich habe mir vor ein paar Monaten 2 Stück bestellt, weil eine rund 3 Euro gekostet hat, für den jetzigen Preis würde ich keine bestellen.
