CoscoCOSCO 2-Step Kitchen Stepper™ Adult Folding Step Stool, Kids Folding (Steel/Resin)

These kitchen steppers are a great addition to any kitchen where a toddler might be "helping." I ordered one for our twin grandchildren who had just turned 3 in early December and within the next month, I ordered a second one for the twins and another for our 2 year old granddaughter. We have since ordered another one for the 1 year old. They are easy to use and move around, the perfect height and great quality. The kids and their parents love them and they all get lots of use. I don't think they ever get folded up except for trips where they can't be left behind. All 4 kids stand on them at their kitchen counters and "help" their parents with meal prep and cleanup. The twins use them at the table with the open side toward the table, usually in preference to any other chairs. It seems like standing or kneeling on these keeps these very active little ones more settled at the table. The bar that closes behind the children is just in the way for all 4 of our grandkids. It seems dangerous to us to put it behind them while they are standing. None of them has ever fallen off of their stepper, but imagining a backwards fall over the bar causes us to never fasten the bar, BUT the kids want to play with it and those bars have caused a few pinches and a lot of warnings from parents to leave them alone. A little tape has been wrapped around the bars on one set of them. Another feature that might be better without is a cupped out indention in the corners of the front plastic part. These are not especially hard to clean out because they are rounded and probably hold almost a cup of liquid, but they do collect dropped food and liquids and usually look pretty messy and just are a bother. Overall, the finish on the stools makes them fairly easy to wipe down and clean. We like the green color. A very definite 5 stars from all of us.

The COSCO 2‑Step Kitchen Stepper™ has been a fantastic addition to our home, especially for our 3-year-old. I'm writing this review in July of 2025 and the product was purchased in August of 2024. Our toddler and ourselves use this so much. It is durable. We love how it folds nicely to fit next to our freezer stand. Not bulky at all. We haven't had a single problem. All kitchens with children should have this. Highly recommend.

Perfect for my grandson. I like that it locks in and my grandson always makes sure he's locked in. It allows him to help in the kitchen or hang out while food is getting prepared. Holds my weight too and use it as a stepping stool. Easy to put fold up and put out of the way when not in use.

I kept going back and forth about buying this. I did and it is excellent. It was easy to put together. It is very study. The lock works well but my two year old is smart and can undo it easily. Otherwise. It still helps so much to have her safe as she was falling off the chair.

I currently use this as a toddler tower and step stool. It is excellent to use if your toddler is stable on their feet and supervised. The safety bar is not sturdy and can easily come off. I would highly recommend this product if your child can safely walk, stand and get off of this product on their own. It also stores/folds very easily.

Sturdy and very good quality. I’ve been keeping on eye on similar items like this and I’ve noticed they are expensive. This is something I really needed for my granddaughter and when I saw the price and reviews I decided to buy it. She can climb and stand on it without her shoes and the best part is that folds and it’s not heavy.

My granddaughter who is a year and a half loves trying to help her mom cook. This is great because she won't fall off and my daughter can keep her away from the hot stove.
