the carry ring and holds the heat
LOVE IT! Use it every day at work for both hot coffee in the a.m. and letter cold water the rest of the day. Plus, the second one for same on days off.

Grip and Lip Perfect
I've had a similar Mr. Coffee so this is really my second one. The middle band keeps the grip perfect. The lip is smooth. The slide moves easy enough but I never expect them to be spill proof. The ring holder is more useful than I thought it would be. Overall it's great

It isn't a good grade of stainless steel
I have had mine for less than a month and noticed dark stains around the red band. I lifted up the red band and there are several rust spots started underneath the band. I have another one and checked it and it has rust under it's band also. It isn't a good grade of stainless steel. I would not recommend buying.

Great mug!
This is a great mug! My son uses a cane( can not use his left hand/arm) and is able to carry his cup and hold onto his cane at the same time. He is able to get the lid off and on with one hand..... it is the best cup/ mug we have found for his disability.

Is not leak proof, spills out when lid is tightened down, upside would be that it keeps my coffee warm but thats about it
