Great for stir fry, fried chicken, any dish you need a deeper pan for , lid is glass, light enough that I ( an older person) can lift, I recommend this pan but hand wash to keep finished coating in good shape.

I love this pan! It is a wide pan and the depth is perfect. It is a little taller than skillet but shorter than a pot. It is the perfect size for a variety of things. It heats up fast and super easy to clean. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have 2 of these and the first one I bought was in 2018 last one I purchased was back in 2019. I use them all the time -- great for "one pot/pan meals" and I can even set this in the middle of my table on a trivet and serve right out of it!So versatile and can do nearly everything with it. LOVE the handles as they stay cool and it is dishwasher safe.Thank you T-Fal for such a GREAT product!!!

Perfect for skillet to baking! Love the large size and the dual handles, which allow it to fit easily in the oven. Handles get hot so you will need potholders.

I love this pan. I have been looking for a skilled size pan with just the small two insulated handles for a while now. I also wanted a lit with a vent hole . . . it was a must for me. This pan has both. The handles stay nice and cool and it is easy to clean. I use a little oil or pan spray on it when frying and everything slides right out. It's also nice and light and it has a nice base that keeps it from sliding on my glass top stove. It's a great pan for a great price ( I paid $30). First thing this is bigger than you might think. 12" isn't the standard of you look at stock pots or dutch ovens. Those are usually 10". So you could easily do 4 pork chops at once in this.Next, when you see those commercials where eggs are sliding out of the pan and they're melting candy without it sticking, they're obviously bogus. I spent 12 years cooking in restaurants and this is the closest thing I've seen to that in real life. It's honestly too nonstick. If you want any kind of fond you're not going to get it with this. When you put oil out butter it just beads up. It's the most nonstick pan I've ever used. For that reason I would follow the directions and not put it higher than medium heat. I seared the Christmas roast in this before a long sous vide and at medium it got cast iron brown. I would be scared to put this on high heat.Overall this is a very useful and somewhat remarkable pan with excellent size.

I have had this pan for a couple of months and absolutely love it! It’s very light weight and easy to manage and cleans up super easy. The non stick coating works great. I’ve used it multiple times and it still looks brand new, inside and out. I’ve made gravies, Alfredo sauce, scrambled eggs and browned ground beef, to name a few things, and whatever I use it for it works great!

This is one of the greatest pans I have ever used. It’s stove top and oven. Nothing sticks it’s large enough for making sauce or gravy and perfect for frying large amounts of veggies or my fried chicken which is browned and for color and crispy then put in the oven to finish it’s amazing
