Rite Lite LPL601XLB 13" Battery-Operated LED Picture Light, Large, Black

We had a old-school doorbell that become and little bit a project. I was looking for a light that I can use over a wood box and replace the old box from the 90’s. Obviously I didn’t wanna pay an electrician. And I’m happy I choose this wall light.It has a good amount of lumens to illuminate the picture gallery at night.It was really easy to install. He is very steady and it’s made from good material.The batteries have been working for more than a month. Very easy to turn on and off.If you’re looking for solution like this save your time this is a great option. I don’t really think the remote control will make a difference unless you can reach the light.Hi highly recommend this.

I used these for my artwork which is metal art wall pieces that are all close to 24"X36". so this review is onlly based off of that.Pros:Shipping on time.Great price.easy to install.Comes with a little bubble level on the back mounting plate makes for quicker less clutter installation.I should have only got one for testing before getting ten. here's why:If you plan to hang the light over six feet or behind furniture make sure you opt for remote control version. You will only have problems reaching the switch.70 lumens? I don't know the science of measuring light volume, but if these are indeed 70 lumens than it's not someting to use to market the product, cause they are not bright, and seem to noticeably dim while on through the evening. so battery bulk purchasing is a must. They are not bright enough to light up my 24"X36" pieces, but maybe I want more light for more detail on mine as well. If I do decide to purchase these types of lights again it will be the bigger model with remote controls. Not sure if this company offers them but I do remember seeing them when shopping for these.

I used two of these for both of my dart boards; they do a good job of lighting the board although they are not as bright as the large hallogen lights we also have. These will be very helpful for people who do not have a power source handy and need to light a board. The only item I wish was different is the curved arm connector between the base and lights, I thought it would flex but its a solid piece; it does allow you to swing it left and right and the lights themselves actually swivel so it works ok but a flex arm would have provided even more flexibility and would have allowed me to install the base lower/closer to the cabinet. Please note; I had to install it about 5 inches above the board cabinet as otherwise those throwing at the #20 on the board could rather readily hit the light arm.

I am a mechinist and work a lot of late nights and wanted a light I could hang off the machine control so I could see the buttons without having to turn on all of the overheads when changing parts over every half hour. This works great! The adjustable angle lets me adjust it to see the entire 18x24 control panel and the adjustable brightness let me dial in exactly what I like.It is a little flimsy feeling where the two sides pivot to adjust the light position, but it's not something that should be adjusted daily so it really doesn't matter.

I am not very happy with this fixture. I purchased this to illuminate a decorative wall clock. I thought that if I liked it I would buy a few more to use on artwork.First of all the light is a horrendous LED Ghastly Green color. Not a warm (pinkish white) nor a cool (bluish white) that we are accustomed to with a normal incandescent or fluorescent bulb. I doubt that this light color would be very flattering for most pictures or artwork (nor my clock for that matter).Second the fixture is billed as "wireless". IT IS NOT WIRELESS!!!! IT IS BATTERY OPERATED!!!. In modern lingo when we say "wireless" we mean you can operate it by remote control. This unit comes with no remote control. You would have to climb a ladder to turn it on and off if you used it on top of a large picture (or even my wall clock).I would return this to Amazon for a refund but it is impossible to remove the fixture from the packaging without completely destroying the packaging. So I am pretty much stuck with a worthless light.I would only recommend this if you want to use it low enough so that you can comfortably reach the ON/OFF switch and you are illuminating something (e.g. a shop room calendar) that will not be adversely effected by the hideous light color.

Solid little light for my skate deck display. The lights are definitely bright enough and are very warm, giving the piece a nice glow. Fully adjustable and works really well! So far so good!The tiny screws they provide to mount the light are a bit difficult to work with but that's about the only issue I have. $18 for an LED display light, you get what you pay for. Nothing mind blowing but definitely a solid product for what it is.

Quick easy install. Reasonable quality and value for the price

Using this light for electric dartboard. Works well. Easy to install, but no screws included. Light could be brighter but not bad. Takes 4 AA batteries. Kids need to remember to shut off.

First time I did not read all the reviews. My fault. They advertise this as metal...NOT TRUE. Mostly plastic and LOOKS CHEAP. I put in BRAND NEW DURACELL Batteries. Was DEAD within 2 hours....recharged full batteries....inserted...DEAD within 2 hours. Stick with cord...may not be the most pleasant to look at, but at least it wont die. I am looking for alternative on Amazon.

It’s convenient and easy to put anywhere, good for looks but the function of it is horrible. The light doesn’t do anything for brightness - very disappointing.

Reasonable quality but lights not very bright.Does not illuminate the entire picture.Also the directional light seems to not direct light properly and creates glare.

Love this light. Great quality and very easy to instal. Wish it had a remote but well worth the price.
