See Georgia as you never have before!
Or, I'll bet, wherever you live, at least when you look about in the sunshine. My P52's arrived within 48 hours, and I've worn them in the aggressive Georgia morning light. What a difference between these and my regular sunglasses! As you'd expect with amber lenses, the green comes alive and you are suddenly sensitive to light and shade that you never saw before. The polarized lenses temper the brightness. And if you have that predatory streak of the Tarmangani surveying the Georgia veldt (hopefully, you do not have veldt-schmerz; couldn't resist) you notice places where the grass-eaters might hide. You salivate, and bond with your dog. Do not be afraid of the low gutturals you phonate: your ancestors prowled and hunted here before deciding on Lithuania centuries ago, and you are protective of your old kingdom. This is what these sunglasses do to you. Wear them, and you throw off the thin veneer of civilization. (Tarzan often did; Burroughs might have mentioned these glasses; I don't remember). In addition, the lenses fit well around your entire orbit without any noticeable distortion at the extremes of your visual field. That's important if you're going to go fly fishing or predate (if that's a verb). And the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate: doubly important, even if - especially if - you're not doing anything more than fantasizing about activities where you could break a lens. Like falling off your bike. You don't want to get a lens shard NOWHERE.Plus, dig the name, man! You're ONE better than the old P-51 Mustang. For gomers my age, that means something. In fact, think about it: if you are an old poop like me, you are more likely to take a tumble, and if you do fall... don't you want something (relatively) unbreakable around your eyes? (I'm assuming you don't need to wear other glasses for distance).So... 25 bucks may seem a lot for "just some damn plastic," but sunglasses like these, which put you in touch with your environment AND your Old Stone Age heritage AND the Tarzan books you're still carrying around (with the Frazetta covers) AND your memories of those WW II aviation movies, all in keeping with your new self-image as the jaunty, retired sportsman... folks, these P52's are worth it.

Very, very good....stays on face without smashing into eyes.
I purchased these because every other pair of glasses would 1) fly off my head, 2) squeeze my head, 3) the lens would stick into my eyelashes, or 3) slide down my nose. I am a petite woman, but I guess my head is regular size? So far, through a very sweaty run, and I apparently bounce a lot, they've passed all the aforementioned problems. In addition, there is a little ledge across the top that seems to keep sweat from running in my eyes (in addition to putting chapstick on my eyebrows), however, around the edges of my eyes, there is a gap, and sweat channels down into the corners of my eyes. So, close, but still not perfect. I'm thrilled they fly off my head and I also purchased http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OYRFKIM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00 Sports Sunglasses, L·V·X·ING LVX548 but these didn't come quickly enough so I bought the JiMarti. The other pair comes with other frames, which doesn't matter, but the LVXing also came with the eyeglass straps. I put that strap on this pair, and it flies off my head! The only reason I'm not giving the elusive 5 stars is that I'm hoping someone comes up with a way for glasses to seal around the face, sort of like adjustable fitting. Also, these don't come with a case (the others come with 2 cases!)

JiMarti Flame Lens Falcon Sunglasses
Got these to replace a pair of sunglasses that are floating somewhere off Jensen Beach, Florida about now. After wearing/buying Oakley's and having them break or get stolen or leaving them in the cockpit and not getting them back, I have decided to forgo high priced glasses for evermore.I have been using these in the airplane (A-320) for the last couple of trips and I find myself using them a lot more than my last pair. My eyes don't dilate as much as they used to and I can't wear glasses that are too dark. I got these primarily for canoeing in the BWCA in Northern Minnesota and felt the flame tint would be great for on the water, but too dark for the cockpit. I can't speak for the on water yet, but I am pleasantly surprised wearing them in-flight. I don't know what the light pass through is but I can read the instruments wearing them (at least when it is bright) and that is something that I haven't been able to do with my last couple of pair.As far as quality, for a $20 pair of glasses, I don't see how you can go wrong. I haven't seen any distortion in the lenses and the tint is consistent over all the lens. the frames are comfortable and don't slip, although I bought a Croakie strap to use with them (losing one pair in the water is enough to learn a lesson). My only gripe so far (and it is minor-for me at least) is I can see the nose piece pretty clearly as it is brightly colored. Not really distracting, unless I concentrate on it. It may be an issue for someone else.

comfortable and light but not very sturdy
I find these glasses to be light and comfortable and are very good for blocking the sun. I can also see my car's navigation system through them. They do not feel at all stiff so I don't know how well they will stand up which is why I gave them a 4 star review.
