e.l.f. Pure Skin Moisturizer 2.5 Oz With Oat Milk Ceramides + Niacinamide NEW

This moisturizer is fabulous with great ingredients. I love that it’s silicone-free and has oats, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides. Plus it EWG 1 rated. It feels rich and fatty but doesn’t break me out at all. I use tazorac and need a heavier moisturizer but haven’t been able to find one that works well for my acne prone skin. The ones my dermatologists recommend (vanicream, cerave, etc.) aren’t vegan and cruelty free and contain silicones and petroleum which are occlusive and break me out. Highly recommend this product!
