A bit pricey, a bit of weird aftertaste, BUT a very good low-carb treat if you're on a strict diet! I'm getting more!

This is truly delicious and Keto Friendly. They all have around 10 grams of total carbs and 5 grams of fiber with very low sugar if any. They all have 7-10 grams of protein. The calories range from 150-180 depending on the flavor for one half cup. I especially like the flavor of the Creamy Ranch, which is on the higher end of the calorie spectrum; the Cheddar flavor is exceptional too and it is only the 150 calories. The protein makes it a very filling snack. The Crunch is excellent! Each one has some type of nut in it as well as the little crunch squares and some low carb pretzels. Sometimes with low carb dieting you really miss crunchiness, this really satisfies all of those cravings!

This was a good way to try these snacks. I'd seen them on Instagram. Didn't like the spicy at all. Ranch was the best but original was good. But too expensive to buy again. I know it is supposed to be a healthy alternative but we make homemade Chex mix once a month and it tastes better and is a lot less expensive. And with lots of nuts and homemade Cheez-it type crackers mine is pretty high in protein too.

The high fiber & protein combination in a snack mix caught my eye. I bought it & the flavors are unique & interesting. Different from the other snacks out there. Very tasty & enjoyable.

I didn't get the cheddar flavor that it was supposed to come with, but then the company sent fixed it and sent me the right flavor. I am obsessed with these snacks all flavors are amazing! The spicy is my favorite but all are so good! The macros are amazing and i feel fully satisfied when i eat these!

All of these taste pretty good, but be sure to read the labels--the macros are much better on some flavors than on others. My preference for taste & macros: cheese!
