Stay on pretty well for several hours. Hard to know if vitamins are being absorbed but if they do work, it’s a great alternative to vitamin pills.

If you have the slightest of sensitive skin, this patch will cause irritation. Was unable to wear long enough to find out effectiveness.

Multivitamin Patches
I don't like plastic patch, I like the fabric where it is easy to take off the paper and not screw up the patch. It is still working properly with my iron deficiency. Will keep it going. Highly recommend for anyone who need improve the iron deficiency, this patch will work!
