SharpSMC1169KS Oven Countertop Microwave, 1.1 CuFt, Stainless Steel

I love this microwave so much. It has tons of space and I love the light inside. The dark inside is very nice too so you don’t see as much splatter. The Amazon Alexa feature works beautifully. Oh and a big advantage is the WiFi so if the power goes out and comes back on, the time will automatically set itself. The microwave capability is very dependable and powerful. After a couple of months it still pops popcorn with no kernels left. A great and beautiful microwave for modern times. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this microwave to replace a significantly more expensive 1200 watt Panasonic that I had to return because it was poorly made. I didn’t have a lot of choices because of cabinet-related space constraints and the need for proper ventilation, and I was curious to see how a modestly priced 1000 watt microwave oven would work for me. Bottom line is that I really like the Sharp-it is attractive, well made and works great. The child lock (which I don’t need at this point) was easy to disable. I would highly recommend this microwave.

This microwave works great and looks nice, but I’m not a fan of the locking feature. Instead of simply pulling the handle to open the door, I have to unlock it first, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient.It heats food evenly and has plenty of useful features, so it’s a solid appliance overall. However, the extra step to unlock the door every time is frustrating.

This is powerful and fairly quiet for a microwave. It has many great features including easy sync with Alexa and different settings for softening butter or ice . the interior is easy to clean and the turntable moves smoothly. i would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a full-size microwave. Be aware that it is too deep for smaller microwave stands, so, be sure to check the measurements.

Reheating leftovers, frozen dinners, it takes care of all of them perfectly.

Great microwave, easy to use and understand. Does a great job heating food quickly and thoroughly. Don’t know why I didn’t see that it was Alexa enabled, I don’t use nor have a need for it and definitely don’t want to use Wi-Fi for my microwave, hopefully that won’t get in the way down the road with reliability. This is a great kitchen appliance. I replaced my old one with this Sharp microwave and let me tell you, it is the best of them all. It has all kinds of settings that are easy to learn. Thank you.
