Employer's Legal Handbook, The: How to Manage Your Employees & Workplace

Great introduction into employment law. Covers many important topics, ranging from employee benefits, nondiscrimination, hiring, firing, etc..Limited amount of case studies, which is a good thing for a handbook. I'll be buying another more "legalistic" book to supplement, and am happy that this book specialized in giving plain English legal information.

Wish that had the newer version in stock when ordered but really like the works!

I used this as a textbook this semester for an employment law course for graduate students. This is the second edition that I have used and still pleased.
