WHAT AN AMAZING COOKTOP. it is probably one of the best things I've ever purchased on Amazon. it dropped right into place and I love it. NOTE TO BUYERS: IT DRAWS SIXTY (60) AMPS and REQUIRES ITS OWN CIRCUIT on the power-panel that I have in my basement. I'm having to pay an electrician close to $500 just to put that in, since a 110 volt, 15 Amp circuit just won't get the job done.

The stove top came as advertised and matched nicely with our countertop. It functions perfectly at this point so we are really happy with the purchase.

After 3 years my knobs started to crumble one by one. Each knob is insanly $150+ each!!! What is wrong with Samsung!? My advice is before you look into buy a new appliance, search the cost of parts. I definitely buy one with the normal cheap burners.

We are enjoying our new ccoktop. It was very hard to find one of this size to fit in the space that we already had in our kitchen. Our old stove had died on us and we needed to get something quickly. Nobody carries cooktops of this size. It was going to take about a month to get one from Best Buy or Home Depot . So I started searching online and came across this one. I love the way it is set up in comparison to the previous one that we had. I love the blue lights that light up on the knobs so that you can see which burners are in use. I love the way the burners look when they are in use. It was easy to install and we are happy about that. Overall extremely satisfied with this purchase. I haven't set up the smartphone app yet but I love that you can use it as a smart device and set it up to Nest devices.

At a year old 3/5 knobs are broken and therefore the burners won’t work properly. Called customer service, no one to help…replacement knobs costs almost as much as the entire unit. Won’t ever buy another an Samsung product.
