LMNT is my go to for hydration. I love the taste. It is super salty though, so your first time drinking it I recommend diluting it a little extra. The ingredients are pretty simple, and has exactly what you need to stay hydrated. Everyone’s different, but I’ve tried multiple electrolyte supplements and this is the quickest and most effective for me. The sample pack is great for finding flavors you prefer, but if you want to use LMNT long term, I would switch to the larger boxes.

These are a little more expensive than a lot of options out there but you can tell the value when you drink them. The flavors are amazing and strong, doesn't taste like water with a hint of flavor which I like. There isn't one flavor that I dreaded drinking.
