I had been using Half Spoon Sugar as part of a controlled diet, but once I reached my target weight and had no need to diet so strictly, I carried on using Half Spoon Sugar.Its taste is indistinguishable from ordinary sugar, as long as you use it properly, half a teaspoon of HS for every ordinary GS you would normally use.White sugar is one of the biggest attributes to weight gain and is actually quite poisonous, you should read the book "Pure, White and Deadly". So to be able to have white sugar in my tea and still lose weight, it was a no brainer, especially as HS tasted so good.The only thing I don't understand is that on Amazon, a 1Kg of HS is £5.33. That's £3.03 MORE than most other places, for instance in Morrisons, it's £2.30 a 1Kg. Can I please ask why Amazon, or whomever is selling Half Spoon, why they have to more than double the price? I buy my HS from Morrisons, I'm not spending over £3 more on an item that should cost a lot less. But I would certainly recommend you get hold of some HS and try it out for yourself, they do sell 500g bags. Even if you're not dieting, it's a great product, tastes good and helps you lose weight without even thinking about it lol.
