The Vegan KnifeGluten Free & Vegan Cupcake and Cake Mix Birthday Cake Flavor

I ordered this cake mix to To use for birthday cupcakes for my son’s classroom as there is a kid with a dairy allergy. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and consistency of the batter. Much better than other vegan & gluten free mixes I’ve used in the past

I ordered this for my son’s birthday. He has an egg allergy. The cake was disgusting. The consistency was off. The taste was gross. I would never ever recommend this cake mix.

The media could not be loaded. I am so excited to have found this cake mix. Baking vegan, gluten-free is tough and I miss simple yellow cake. For some reason chocolate cakes work out for me but never yellow. They're gummy or dry; taste like baking soda or have no rise. Not this mix! I used thin homemade almond milk & coconut oil. It tastes like a sugar cookie!

Made gluten free birthday cupcakes. Makes 12 which is half as many as other GF mixes and costs alot more.

Really glad I found this cake mix, as my son seems to be allergic to everything. One package does make a very small and more flat cake. It tasted like a sugar cookie! Very good. Just wish it was cheaper as I had to buy 4 to make my son a birthday cake. Shipping was also slow. Not sure why it's considered to be a part of amazon prime if it takes a week or more to ship. Overall very please, just wish it was less expensive. Seems a little steep for the size it makes.

Delicious! Just follow the instructions. I used coconut oil, thin almond milk in one cake and thicker coconut milk from a can for the other in a 9 inch pan and both were delicious. Easy to make, definite recommend!

I had high hopes for this mix. The consistency was odd, but I went with it. When I got the cupcakes out of the oven, I let them cool and when I would try to icing them and take the paper off, they just fell apart. I tried the cupcake and it wasn’t the worst I’ve tasted, but I didn’t want to eat any more bites. I ended up throwing all of them away.
