New resident lens
This is now my default lens. It is more reliable than my prime 50. Autofocus is sharp. It lives on my camera.My only request for future designs is a locking feature that keeps it from zooming when I’m carrying it around

Good for photo, bad for video
Great for photo however when using for video, the lens would not be able to keep an object in focus whenever it’s in auto focus. Holding the shutter button would focus on an object and then eventually the focus creep would make an entire frame blurry.

For the price you can't beat it. Check it out, works great for me! Used this lens for the attached pics...

No bueno
Heavy. Really, really heavy. It causes a weird shutter glitch on my A7iii. Sometimes it wants to shoot, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s a POS.

Good image and build quality. Good value for the money. Good autofocus. Does get a bit heavy. What really bothered me was the barrel will extend without me touching it. And there’s no customization on the lens to lock the barrel in place. It’s ok for hobbyist. Not for pros
