Partner needed a quick replacement phone, so picked this one up after very little research. At first, we were worried that the phone was indeed locked as some reviews say because the initial loading screen says AT&T and we received a warning message that the TMobile SIM was not compatible. YOU MUST KEEP GOING, past the initial Google onboarding process. Once we got into the phone, he tried the SIM again—took it back out and put in again—waited a few seconds and the warning messages and "you will have limited connection" messages disappeared, everything worked like a charm. BE PATIENT and let the phone figure itself out. It's a great phone in a pinch, a quick upgrade from the old busted brick.

READ THE REVIEWS! As several others have pointed out, THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED. It did not recognize my carrier’s SIM. In fact, when I went to AT&T’s official website to look up the IMEI in an effort to unlock it, I got the error message, “Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device.” I needed this as a back up phone for a trip I have coming in less than one week now I have to try and find another one and hope it arrives in time. I have had two previous Moto g phones. This is a 2024 model it is a good value and works good

My son loves his phone, it’s perfect for him at 13. Price is good and quality phone, not those cheap government like phones. Easy setup, fast shipping and easy purchasing.

Meets conditions specified. I would give five stars, but it came to me signed into the prior owner's socials and email, and with their information in tact. I had to factory reset his device myself, so I'm not sure any kind of refurbishment actually took place. Still, it works and is in near perfect condition. My iPhone 6 is ten years old with 70% battery capacity and holds a charge longer and charges faster. Memory is decent though. Sound quality is acceptable. Phone is a little large for my tastes but that's just the current fashion. I knew what I was buying in regard to the size. All in all, satisfactory purchase, but if I was the woman who had all of her socials, and financial information shipped to a stranger, I'd be very upset. I'm actually glad it came to me because I was able to remove it quickly and her information is safely deleted. Not everyone is so honest these days. Seller should be more careful in the future.

If you need a solid phone that doesn't cost as much as these ridiculously overpriced brands, this is a good one. It even has a headphone jack which I prefer. The listing said it had no jack but it did luckily. Camera, battery life, sound quality, screen resolution, and CPU speed are perfect. I had an old AT&T phone and just switched the sim card over and this phone was good to go. It took my old phone's SD card too no problem, no reformatting.
