I really can't believe how good this thing is for trigeminal neuralgia. Got it yesterday. The pain relief was almost immediate, and just keeps improving.There's no assembly. It's an easy USB plug-in and charge time is minimal. The massage is fairly light.Y'all, it does hurt to use, but is totally worth it for the effects. This Mcsypoal Microcurrent-Facial-Device is either extremely weak or defective. Even on the highest setting barely a tingle is felt. The vibration is louder than it is strong and even though it is fully charged, it acts like it has a weak battery.
