Beautiful lamps
The lamps came very securely packaged, they are more beautiful in person. There is some assembly but it was extremely easy no direction needed. The lamps are tall. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful wood lamps!
Where the cord comes out on one of the lamps, the drill hole was abit rough. I bought 2 and it was perfect. Alittle hard to pull the cord thru the lamp.

Good product, customer support lacking for this product.
I liked the product, looked to be as advertised. There is initial assembly, also as advertised and not out of order for the product. The instructions were only a sheet of sequential sketches, no text. I reached a dilemma with step one !(!) and decided to call product customer service rather than risk damage. C/S was only Chat for starters, it asked for a S/N which was no where to be found. When I reached a real person (not easy) they forwarded me back to Chat, twice! I then enlisted Amazon C/S and they too hit the same snags I did, but it was a person who gave it the ol' college try! TY Amazon. I returned it, would have liked to keep it, so 3 stars.

Beautiful but damaged (two attempts)
Love the lamp however the electrical cord was frayed open at the base top from rubbing against base and metal light bulb holder. Ordered a second lamp after noticing the damage on the first. The second had the same issue with frayed cord at same spot. I was disappointed as the lamp fit into my decor beautifully.

Quality Issues
The instructions only have three steps, and the wire was hanging out of the top of the base. The wood also had some marks on it. Not a bad looking lamp, but could be packaged better. The shade isn’t linen, so the material appears a little cheap.
