These are the best of the Betty Crocker casserole potatoes. Excellent.

Perfect to keep on hand
I find this to be the best of the Betty Crocker potatoes. I try to always have at least one on hand. I add shredded cheese & some chives to it. If I have sour cream I'll add that, as well. I also make a crumb topping of Ritz cracker, shredded cheese & butter and add that half way thro cooking.

Great, rich and cheesey tender shredded potatoes that cook up fast and easy on stove top. Going to keep thsee wonderful spuds on my shelf for quicky meal boost. Fine product.

So glad I came across these. I love scalloped potatoes but I think these may be the new "modernized" version. I usually amp up the usual scalloped potatoes with more cheese and seasonings but nixed the cheese and just added a little op and gp and they came out so good. Unlike sp you don't have to shove a hunk of potato in your mouth. This is definitely a regular now. Looking to see what I can add to make this a complete one dish meal.
