I was so excited when i received these that I absolutely couldn't wait to try them out. They actually sound extremely clear and very very loud with many ring tone options, also many have said u cant add another set to these ,even seller said no but u actually can and it explains on the paper it comes with how to add other units. So i got 2 sets and yes they are all connected u just have to follow the directions, yeah they are a little difficult to understand but it says hold talk button on 1 unit while holding turn the barn on left side up to an or b and let it beep then take the rest, for example if u have 2 sets u will have 4 and if u already did one of them then u will have 3 left and u have to do all 3 remaining units at the same time, u can put them on top of each other so when u press talk that it will work on all 3 at the same time then move the bar on the left side to a or b whichever u the 1st unit on but u have to do it quickly and then press the call button on the original 1st unit u set up 1st then all 4 should be connected if not just try again but it absolutely will work, anywho these charge fairly quickly and super easy to use. I got mine for my room and my kids rooms and main floor of the house just in case one of us have an emergency and the push of a button is all we have to ask for help as a phone call takes longer and u may not have that much time so i got these to help keep us safer.

This will sound ridiculous but because the way our home is laid out, it's hard for us to hear each other throughout the house. We have one in the office and the other in the kitchen. Now I don't have to walk through the house to call the family to dinner. The only thing that I would critique is that the sound is a little tinny when coming through but otherwise, it's decent quality for the price. It's not hard to use but I definitely got confused between the call button and speaker button in the beginning.

I recently became paralyzed in a accident. My bedroom is downstairs. We still have small children at home. So my husband and children are usually on a different level then I am. No one apparently was able to hear me yelling when I needed assistance. I have one of these downstairs with me and the other one upstairs in the living room. It has two features a alarm ( that goes off until the other receiver is answered) and an push to talk button that works like a walk talky. You can charge and then use wireless (about 3 days in my house) or you may plug them directly into a outlet for continued use. I wish I would have bought these sooner. I have some teens so I do plan to purchase another set so I can have one to reach them in thier rooms. This would be great for just about anyone wether it be an older adult. Small child or anyone in between.

These are super cute and fun! Work great to communicate between the main floor and basement. Only negative is the volume. Even when on lowest setting it is extremely loud. As handy as this is, the way voices and sounds screech and blare through is so loud and irritating I've already considered throwing it out the window.

These are terrible and I wish I'd had a chance to return them. They are poor in every quality you'd care about.

These are great when you have elderly in another area of your house. If they need help it is so easy to use. Just a touch of the button connects you immediately.
