Yogi bedtime herbal tea, caffeine free, soothing caramel, 16 pieces

I bought these after reading about them in a book. I’ve tried lots of different herbal teas for sleeping and never had any luck. I find these really helpful unless I’m stressed, then nothing will help me sleep.I found it best to have the tea about an hour before bed. I find the smell absolutely divine, if it could bottle it up and spray around the house I’d be ecstatic! If your brew for 7 minutes I love the taste. Any less it seems to be bland and any more too bitter. (7 is their instructions)They are sometimes over £10 which felt excessive but I still bought as loved. Cheapest I’ve seen is around £7 and I buy a few at once then.

l came across this product when listening to a podcast from my favourite author Tim Ferriss (Very informative man with great advice).He, like myself, has many issues with sleep and we have both tried a ridiculous array of products to help with this. In fact he put together a podcast simply around products that have most helped him with sleep issues, link to that here ( [...]).So after listening to the above I instantly starting looking for this tea he mentions and amazingly found it pretty quickly, along with the other products he mentioned.The tea arrived pretty quick which made me very happy and the packaging was very inviting indeed. I boiled the kettle and stuck one of the tea bags in and was instantly blown away by how amazing this tea smelt and then the taste, my sweet baby jesus it tastes so good. For anyone who has tried herbal teas you will know that most of them start off smelling great but many of them failed to please the taste buds.Anyways I then sat down and waited for this, heavy sleep, inducing power to come over me and within around 15 mins I was fully ready for sleep. That night I slept so well it was amazing, I have been drinking this tea religiously ever since.I would recommend drinking this tea around an hour or two before bed though if you suffer from a bladder that will not leave you alone throughout the night, otherwise the toilet break will wake you up.To summarise, great tasting aromatic tea that will help you sleep better, or your money back. OK there is no money back guarantee but it felt good to write it.

This tea + 2 magnesium tablets and half a nytol and I'm out for the count for a solid 8 to 9 hours...if I don't need to be completely knocked out just the tea with 2 magnesium does the trick too!

I have tried a lot of things to help me sleep, including pharmaceuticals. I always seem to have no issue falling asleep but have a very broken sleep. wake up at 12, 3,4 and 5am. I tried this last night and I was completely out all night and struggled to wake up to my alarm, which i haven't done in 2 years!!! I hope it keeps working. Very impressed.Yes the price is a little high, but if you shop elsewhere online, once you pay for delivery it works out the same or even higher price (i have prime so works out at £8.05 incl del). Will hopefully by again if i keep getting the same result!!

Honestly now, I was assured by family members this would assist you to fall asleep quickly and enjoy a great night sleep.This product should be renamed general anaesthetic because after I’d finished my cup of this delicious tea, it felt like I was actually unable to stay away even if I wanted to.I recommend against drinking this during the day if you’re in work or operate any machinery.Bit expensive for the number of tea bags you get but this product really does work so I am forgiving of the extortionate cost.If you suffer with extreme insomnia and you try this and it doesn’t work, apologies. I am writing this review about how this product genuinely put me to sleep and is my experience. It is also the experience of quite a few people I know so hopefully if you suffer this may help you nod off.I was unconscious after about two minutes. Felt amazing when I woke in the morning too.As I also said, it’s really tasty too. Five stars. Two thumbs up. Bravo.

I was really looking forward to this tea after reading the reviews and since it's so expensive. Unfortunatelly disappointed with the taste.
