The chair I’ve always wanted 🥰
I finally went on and got the chair I wanted.I looked at all the reviews and I decided to go ahead and purchase. I had to go and get some electrical tape because, the chair base was ripped in two areas, it wasn’t enough for me to return. The electrical tape worked out perfectly. It took me about 40 minutes to put together because, the holes didn’t line up correctly. I had to wiggle the screws through two of the holes but, I finally got them through the cushion & base is comfortable. I’m glad I finally purchased my chair I always wanted!!

Looks awesome!!!!
Overall I liked it - but it wasn't that easy to put together. Some places just didn't line up and it was hard to get everything right - one tube was bent and I had to use pliers to fix it! So be prepared that something may be wrong! but overall this is a good product. My wife loves to sit and read in the evenings in this chair...

Not for the fats
Very sturdy chair. Assembly isn't hard.. AT ALL.I saw other reviews saying that the cushion is pretty thin, and they aren't wrong. The cushion is thick enough for a child to be comfortable, but if you're over 115lbs you'll get to shifting it around after awhile. I threw a blanket on mine and it's perfect now😂Not a bad buy, good for the price and it's better than other Costco versions I've sat in

Very easy assembly, cushion a little thin.
This was very easy to put together. Some of the binding covers the screw holes a little, but nothing a little trimming won’t fix. Maybe took 15 minutes to assemble. I used the tools that were given. They can hurt your fingers a little when tightening the bolts, but if your ok will a little finger pain they work just fine. Make sure to tighten all the bolts good. I saw some reviews with some wobble to the chair and I think that’s from not completely tightening the bolts. No wobbles here! The cushion is a little thin. You can slightly feel the bars through it…it’s kind of scratchy too. I would suggest replacing it. If you don’t want to buy a new one, a throw pillow or two with a blanket should fix that. Otherwise it is very comfortable to sit in. If I don’t update in a month it was a good buy!

Garbage, worst thing I ever bought
I never do reviews but felt forced to do one due to how bad this chair was. The weight capacity is 200lbs for this chair and I weigh 190. Previously I used those cheap $50 folding saucer chairs and they would usually last 6 months to a year before the screw/bolt holding one side together would break or come out. Even then I could put a new screw/bolt and continue using it. I saw this OSP Designs Papasan Chair with good reviews and figured I should spend some more money and get a higher quality chair but I was very wrong. The first problem with it is that the cushion it comes with sucks. It was uncomfortable as I could feel the metal when sitting on it. I bought a Blazing Needles Solid Twill Papasan Chair Cushion here on Amazon to use instead. It was way more comfortable and at that point I was happy with the chair. However within a month the screw/bolt in the back of the base ripped out of the weld so the chair started to be loose/rocking. I drilled a whole through the tube and put a screw/washer/bolt to reinforce it. Again at that point I was happy with the chair.Over the next few months the ball bearings every so often came out of the chair. Then one of the thin rounded metal rods that supports the cushion broke. The chair is now loose/rocking from right to left as well as I guess bent and leaning downwards to the right. At this point there is no way to be happy with this piece of garbage. It is falling apart left and right and is kind of funny until I think of the money I paid for it plus money for a better cushion. I got the chair for $125 but see it as high as $200 other places. This chair is an absolute scam and should have a lower weight capacity. I imagine most people rating it 4-5 stars are either not using the chair a lot or weigh way less than the 200lbs capacity. In that case the chair might be alright for you.

Great gift for special occasions
Gave this as a graduation gift. Our niece really likes it and it looks great in her apartment.

Decent
Cute chair. Functional but it broke a couple times. The bolts didn't snap but twice the holes which you thread the bolts have inserts in them rather than threads in the frame itself. Twice the inserts snapped out. Leaning froward at all didn't feel sturdy. I had to get tapping screws and washers and fasten the thing together. The cushion was also rather thin and not very comfortable we ended up getting an after market cushion. If you want this for the fact it comes with both and you wanna save money buying seperately I would just buy them separately to be honest. And be prepared for the frame to come apart. Otherwise I chose this because I like the design. It is functional now and looks good but not without some modifications.

I'm happy with it
I purchased this for my office. It was pretty easy to assemble and took maybe 15 minutes if I had to guess. It wasn't difficult at all. The only thing to know is when you go to assemble to base to the bowl frame, you may have to turn the metal part in the middle of the base to expose where the screws go. Other than that it's simple. Size-wise, I really wish it was bigger. I'm 6ft 3 and probably 270 lbs and I fit, but I wish it was more enveloping. I had read a few reviews from people saying they could feel the bars through the cushion. Personally, even as a bigger guy, I absolutely can not feel anything. I can feel the bottom under the bottom of the cushion, but it feels totally normal and is definitely nothing unusual or uncomfortable. I can't feel anything on my back other than the cushion, which I think is a really pretty blue btw lol. There was also a comment or two mentioning the swiveling making a noise. Mine doesn't make any form of noise whatsoever. Completely silent. This could obviously change over time, but as of now, it's perfectly fine. Overall I'm happy with the chair and would recommend it.
