They give you maybe 10 packets of alginate to do upper and lower moldings. So 5 tries top and bottom.Pay attention to which tray is top and bottom.You snap a picture and then send it to an email. They tell you if it was a good impression up to the gums, without air bubbles, and not contacting the sides of the trays.You DO NOT remove them from the trays. Just take your picture and get them with a little water into the plastic bags ASAP. Within 1-2 minutes, do not leave them out at all.If it's a good impression, you need it to stay moist or it shrinks and your guards will fit too tight.I ordered the top and bottom grinding night time guards.I'm used to the Hard acrylic with a soft inner layer guards. But I clench so tight that those crack and leave plastic bits in my mouth.I thought these would be the same, but these are a 1 layer soft inner layer essentially. Very thin but I ordered the thicker 1.5mm style for durability.Very happy with these. They fit right out of the box perfectly. I can breathe and I think I actually grind less because the 2 guards kinda slide on each other slippery.No issues in the morning with teeth that have moved even the first time wearing them. Basically perfect fit, but I kept them moist at all times so no shrinkage.I think they 3D scan them in the US, then send the scan over to China where they make the guards.They ship from China directly.The packaging it came in was over the top nice. Like unboxing an Apple iPhone. A nice surprise experience for me.The guards are individually sealed in bags and come with a nice magnetic closure container.Totally what a Western consumer would consider "luxury".I think these are pretty durable, but time will tell.Been wearing about 1 month now and no visible cracking or wear.I assume they'll last about 12 months and I'll have to order again.It's acceptable considering the alternative mark-up from a US dental office to $250 to $350, and that's 1 top guard that will likely crack and shatter over time, waking up with acrylic chunks in my mouth random mornings.

If you are trying to get teeth retainers as an emergency you are in the right place! I lost mine twice the last time was in the dentist's office. I left them in the office and my retainers were thrown in the trash. I refuse to repay $300.00 for them again and end up ordering these retainers late at night. Got the kit to do the dental impressions the next morning and took my impressions. I contacted the seller to send photos of the impressions. He evaluated the impressions and told me to redo one of the impressions again for the top teeth because the first impression did not come right. I can tell you that their customer service was beyond my expectations. They were very helpful and transparent about the shipping process. When my retainers arrived the quality of work was way better than what was previously received from the orthodontist's office. Perfect fit and absolutely good quality! Another plus is that they keep your impressions if you need to reorder.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. First let me say. I waited to give my review for awhile so I could give a good one on quality etc. I was skeptical at first. You know how buying things like this can be online. But I was impressed. Still am impressed. From the speedy delivery of the molds to the turn around time sending them back and getting my custom fit retainer. I’ve never had a retainer before but I would recommend this to everyone. I got the clear, 1.5 thickness because I knew I would need it to be durable for every day and night use. The molds were super easy to do, following the instructions given even though I’d never done that before, they sent multiple sized mold guards (I think that’s what it’s called) so I could pick and use the one that fit my size mouth best, as well as multiple packs of the mix powder for incase I messed it up and had to redo it. Once they were done, all I had to do was send pictures to the email or WhatsApp number they provided to verify good molds. Then they sent me a shipping label and I dropped them off via ups. They sent me tracking once my retainers were ready (which I didn’t have to wait very long at all) and I have loved them since they arrived. They fit perfectly to my teeth. My lower teeth have always felt pressed together but after wearing these for a few days I have since gotten relief and my teeth are straightened out even! They are so comfortable to wear I don’t even notice they’re in ! And I talk ALOT for work so that’s saying something for me because I never felt them move once, they are secure once I snap them in place. My dentist wanted me to get them through their clinic but after looking at the price I knew I couldn’t ever go that route, which is what lead me here. For well under the cost my dentist quoted me. And I recommend this brand to all my friends. Affordable, durable and comfortable. 10/10 I would definitely purchase again and again!

I was so pleased with this product I've ordered multiple sets. The process was so simple. They sent the mold solution with the molds and clear easy to follow instructions. I did the molds in a few minutes and took pictures of them. The technician made sure that the molds were correct before I packaged them. I sent them off and I received a set of retainers perfect for my teeth. It took about a week. I spent hundreds on a retainers from my dentist. These retainers are the exact same quality a cost a fraction less. They retained my molds so I can keep ordering them without having to go to the dentist every time. They communicate thoroughly.
