Convenient & Portable
I received this item through the Amazon Vine program to evaluate. My reason for acquiring this product is that I am getting my 9 year old into strength training. He has been enjoying it and wanting to start pushing some heavier weight, but I wanted something other than free weight to start introducing him to things moving more towards max effort. There are a lot of different exercises you can do with this one piece of equipment. It comes with individual handles as well as a bar. There are two different strength sets of bands that can be used separately or combined to add more weight. It also came with some door frame attachments to use the bands independently from the board, and some ankle straps that can attach to the bands. The platform that you attach bands to doesn't feel like the most sturdy piece of plastic I've ever felt, but even with all 220 pounds of me standing on it, it didn't feel like it would break. It has several different configurations to set up the handles for different pushups. Some of them make sense, and others, not so much. The most narrow grips are listed as targeting your back which isn't the case. Narrow targets triceps more so than your back. Not a big deal if you know the physiology of exercise, but misleading if you are just starting your fitness journey. The set up is pretty easy, but I would still like to see better instructions included. I still have no idea how the ab wheels are supposed to be affixed to the bar as there is no way to do so that doesn't squeeze the sides of them and render them useless. All in all, it's a decent piece of equipment for beginners or if you need something to pack in the car if you are going on a trip and want the ability to do more than just calisthenics. It has a few minor problems, but nothing that I feel deserves to be docked a star for.

Gets 4 stars for the cheap price. Colored lines are nearly indecipherable. Decently made.
I got this through the Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. We wanted to add a pushup board to our home workout setup, and it seems like they fall into a couple of categories including basic, budget-priced ones that are just for pushups and other, pricier "bundles" that are for pushups but also have anchors for resistance bands and come with accessories like pilates bars, pull handles, bands, hooks, etc. This is in the first category. It is a budget pushup board with a high (stated) weight capacity. It's from a brand called Flexfinity that had two versions on Vine...this "54-in-1 board" and another "30/42-in-1" board. I don't know why the other one can't decide if it's 30 or 42-in-1, so I went with the 54-in-1, thinking, "That's a lot of options and more than I've seen even on the pricier boards!" Plus, we don't need all the extra accessories as we have plenty of resistance bands, bars, handles, etc.So it's nice because you can do styles of pushups I never knew existed. However, it makes the color-coded lines indecipherable and useless as guides. So it's pretty much "pick the first hole targeting the part of your body you want, and then find another hole in whatever color the handle can reach" and then the combo of those two holes are the body part(s) you're targeting?Additionally, the names of each of the body portions you're starting are color coded to the holes (chest, triceps, shoulders, back), but those words are inexplicably put on parts of the board that would make you think that section of the board is where to put the handles to focus. Most other boards have these words on the spine (where the board folds).Aside from the silly design choices mentioned above, this board functions as expected. It is heavy-duty, can support a lot of weight, and the handles fit. It folds in half nicely enough, with slots for the handles in the bottom. It comes with enough little "non-slip" pads you put on the posts on the bottom of the board if you have this on a solid wood or concrete floor. We have it on carpet, so we're not using those. We noticed one handle slides easily into the holes, and the other "sticks" just a bit and requires some effort. However, it's not a show-stopper and doesn't prevent this board from doing its job.So it does what it says it does, despite the confusing and silly color-coding, lines, and placement of words. It just has a bit of a learning curve. If I could go back, I'd consider getting the 32/40-in-one (whatever that means), which has a better, more intuitive color coding and mapping schema, and is currently the same price. Or pick from the plethora of other pushup board options on AZ for under $20. However, we'll continue to use this one at our house despite the shortcomings and be happy with it. It's worth the $13.99 asking price, although it's also worth considering the model with less allness-in-oneness.This is cheap, sturdy, and usable. It's also on the wider side of these types of boards, so in combination with all the holes, it's useable for a big guy like me and folks in the household who are smaller than me.

Not a bad set for a immediate need.
So I kept having this issue where I would get home from work too late to go to the gym. That and well, I didn't feel like dodging the teenagers there late who are pretty much just trying to show off some gym photos on social media. So, for the price of a month, I decided to grab something quick I could use at home. Now... I don't like pushups, buuuut having a grip on the floor like this actually does make it easier. And it's kinda funny how putting them in different orientations actually can work different parts of your arm.My personal favorite are the resistance bands, because even if I am sitting in my chair, but waiting for someone to hop on a voice call, I can just pull for a few reps while I wait. I mean, it's nothing insane or intense, but something is way better than nothing!

Innovative Push Up Board for Total Body Workout
I recently got the Foldable 54-in-1 Push Up Board for Men and I must say, it has completely transformed my home workout routine. The multi-functional design allows me to target different muscle groups with ease, thanks to the color-coded positions that guide me through various exercises. What sets this push up board apart is the ability to engage muscles that are often neglected during traditional push ups. I could feel the burn in muscles I didn't even know I had, making each workout session more challenging and effective. The board is well-built with 16 non-slip pads and handles that provide a secure grip, even during intense workouts. Plus, the foldable design makes it easy to store and transport, perfect for those who are short on space.Overall, I highly recommend the Foldable 54-in-1 Push Up Board for anyone looking to take their strength training to the next level. It's a game-changer for home workouts and will definitely help you achieve your fitness goals faster.

I wasn't sure, but turned out great
I wasn’t sure about this push-up board at first, but it’s actually really handy. It's color-coded, so it shows you exactly where to place your hands to target different muscles, which is super helpful. The fact that it’s foldable and portable is awesome—I can take it anywhere or just store it easily at home. It comes with some accessories too, so it feels like a complete little workout kit for my upper body. It’s been great for adding variety to my home workouts without needing a ton of space or equipment!
