I know I could break longer noodles in smaller portions but this is so much better and the pasta is somewhat larger!Idea for this stir fry dry noodle is outstanding!. All other products are canned and no way to portion what is needed for one serving. My grocery here in FL does not carryThe item .... soooo... I ordered from Amazon and the package wil overnight for tomorrow.Yea!! For Amazon!!EEF
